These terms are an agreement between you and Search Up LLC covering your use of the Brew Crush app and brewcrush.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
1. Who can use Brew Crush
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must not have been previously removed from the Service for violating these terms, and you must not be prohibited by law from using it.
- One account per person, for your own personal, non-commercial use.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for keeping your login credentials private. Tell us immediately via support if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. We may require email or phone verification, and we offer optional two-factor authentication and ID verification.
3. Community rules
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or defame anyone, or post content that is hateful, obscene, exploitative, or illegal;
- Impersonate any person, misrepresent your age or identity, or create fake profiles;
- Solicit money from other users, advertise, or spam;
- Post other people's private information without consent;
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools, or attempt to probe or disrupt the Service;
- Use the Service to arrange anything illegal.
Use the in-app report and block features when you encounter behavior that breaks these rules. We review reports and may warn, suspend, or permanently remove accounts at our discretion.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, text, and voice messages you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the Service (for example, showing your profile to other users and generating photo thumbnails). This license ends when your content or account is deleted, except for limited records described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
- Brew Crush is free to use. Optional paid tiers (Latte, Cold Brew, Espresso) and one-time purchases (such as Super Crushes and Boosts) unlock additional features.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime; you keep the benefits until the end of the current billing period.
- Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are billed and refunded under Apple's or Google's terms; manage or cancel those subscriptions in your store account settings. Card purchases made in-app are processed by Stripe and can be managed in the app.
- Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
- Unused benefits (for example remaining Boosts) are forfeited when an account is deleted or removed for violating these terms.
6. Safety — important
We do not run criminal background checks on users. A verified badge means the person passed our photo/ID review; it is not an endorsement or guarantee of identity or conduct. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Use common sense: meet in public, tell someone where you're going, and never send money to someone you haven't met.
7. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other users, or where required by law. Sections 4 and 8–10 survive termination.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that you will find a match, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content posted by users is accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Search Up LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including damages arising from your interactions with other users — and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Search Up LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
